The SBA swimming team won six medals in the Vidyashilp Academy inter-school swimming meet.

The SBA junior swimming team won the silver medal in the 4 X 100m freestyle relay at the Cambridge inter-school aquatic championships. The members of the relay team were Vishal Srinivas, Vishrut Bharti, Agrim Singhal and Akshay Dalmia.

In the individual category, Vishrut Bharti won the bronze medal in the 50m freestyle event.

Basketball

16 - 17 February 2006

The SBA basketball team participated in the Bharat Petroleum inter-school championships in three age categories i.e. under-13, under-14 and under-16. The under-13 and under-16 teams won the championship, while the under-14 team emerged as the runners up.

Harsh Chauhan was adjudged the best player of the tournament.
2 - 3 February 2006
The SBA under-14 basketball team won the Venkat Raju Memorial inter-school basketball tournament, a state level inter-school invitational basketball tournament. In the final, SBA defeated Vidyaniketan School by 38 - 22 and emerged as champions in the under-14 category. The tournament was on a league cum knock-out basis and the team was unbeaten in all the matches.

Vinay Sridhar of grade IX scored 21 points in the final and was adjudged the best player of the tournament

Cricket
18 December 2005

The Nondescripts School of Cricket, Colombo, Sri Lanka was invited to the school campus for a friendly match of cricket.

The renowned Sri Lankan cricket coach, Mr. Lionel Mendis accompanied the team. The idea of the event was to foster a relationship based on sports and culture. The SBA team plans to visit other countries to promote goodwill through sports.

The inter-house swimming championship was won by Vivasvan house.

Vishal Srinivas, Agrim Singhal, Vishrut Bharti, Akshay Dalmia and Sidhant Somani performed extremely well in various events.

 
Athletics
7 January 2006

Bhaskar house emerged as winners in the inter-house athletics meet.

Outstanding performers include Akshay Dalmia, Abir Das, Ankit Daswani, Rohal Chandrakar and Som Budhabhatti.

Hockey
18 - 20 January 2006

The first inter-house hockey tournament saw Bhaskar house lifting the trophy by a very narrow margin over Martand house.

Abhishek Agarwal, Nimit Cheda, Ram Prashant were among those who performed spectacularly.
